Herbed Pizza with Grilled Vidalia Onions, Sausage and Mango - Provided by Gourmet Garden


  • 2 Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausages, grilled, sliced
  • 2 Vidalia Onions, sliced 1 in. thick
  • 1 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic
  • 1 pkg. (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 fresh mango, peeled, sliced
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (substitute Monterey Jack if desired)


1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill sausage and onion slices. Cool.

2. Slice sausage into ┬Ż in. pieces, chop onions; set aside.

3. Combine oregano, parsley and garlic.

4. Roll pizza dough on baking sheet. Spread evenly with herb mixture. Top with sausage, onions, mango and cheese.

5. Bake pizza according to package directions or until cheese is melted and crust is cooked through.

6. Serve immediately.
