Vidalia® Onion Cook-Off Winning Recipes
The Vidalia® Onion Committee will sponsor, starting in 2006, the annual Vidalia® Onion Cook Off, one of many anticipated events held each spring as part of the Vidalia® Onion Festival. Contestants can enter any of four categories and are judged on use of the Vidalia® Onion, taste, and “extra pizzazz.” Cook up one of these yummy dishes and try out that sweet Vidalia® flavor first hand!
